It hoped to implement the Ministry of Oil and its future plans within the second phase of the project extends from Nasiriyah to Diwaniyah, also extending the third phase of the project of Diwaniyah – to Baghdad.

I wonder who one approaches with a system that flushes diesel engines of the carbon soot build up, whhich in turn lowers carbon particles uin the exhaust by 65%abd improves fuel mileage in a range of 5% to 20% which allows for faster reduction in subsidies.
