R&R says():Also, Parliament is suspended, but not dismissed. If dismissed, there must be a procedure to replace them. Both Parliament Procedure (Article 31, section 2) and the Constitution (Article 49, section 5) state that Parliament shall: “Enacting the law that deal with replacing its Members in case of resignation, dismissing, death, or loss of membership for any reason.” But I do not know the law that was enacted to deal with ALL being dismissed??

larrykn says to pizzaman():I think he is trying to get them to pass the new cabinet so they can move forward, much easier to get them to do it without removing them , the next step would be to remove them all which IMO will happen soon
