BAGHDAD – Hussein Tgb Global stock representative in Iraq, Osama Mahmoud said that what the country suffered from the financial crisis as a result of low oil prices, came to adopt it almost entirely on the oil resources in the budget to cover the country, making him vulnerable to fluctuations in global prices.
He said in an interview for «morning» the need to benefit from this experience to ensure the non-recurrence of a mechanism in place currently in the management of the country’s economy, and start thinking about alternatives to diversify sources of income and to stay away from unilateral income.
He explained that the most important alternatives available, opening the doors of investment to international companies in partnership with the public and private sectors in infrastructure development companies to develop the sectors of services and production as the reality of deteriorating services in the country has a big role in the waste of public money allocated in the general budget and withheld its share of oil imports.
And between in the case of opening investment in the productive sector door, intended to industry, agriculture and trade, the expected yields in this area is to reduce unemployment and alleviate career sag, which overwhelms the operating budget and the provision of hard currency coming out of the country for the purpose of import.
He said Mahmoud will absorb investment potentials and human resources enormous available in Iraq, as the human energies are wasted wealth in our country, while we note that China and Southeast Asian countries took advantage of the human resource in the development of economic conditions and have had what it wanted by covering the most important element in the process but a productivity of human resources and thus provided the hard currency used to attract labor from outside their own countries, as this issue has helped in the creation of local labor skilled in the field of production.
He pointed out that the human potential that has gained technical skills in the field of work by the former military manufacturing plants and laboratories of food products and plants electrical industries and construction materials added to the young graduates of colleges and universities are human resources capable of production and creativity in the field of work, but jobs are not available to them in under the administrative corruption that has plagued Iraq’s economy, while in other countries is a labor resource and a national treasure generate money for the budget of those countries.
So it must be the fluctuation of oil prices, an object lesson for those in charge of the country’s economy in the future to find solutions to the country away from the risk of oil price fluctuations and not to rely on a rentier economy, and the exploitation of part of the oil imports in the revitalization of the rest of the economic sectors in Iraq.
He said that global oil prices have seen a significant decline earlier this year as a result of an oversupply in the world market, which was estimated at 2 million barrels a surplus for the market need that is making prices tumbling to below $ 30 per barrel to score so prices are the lowest since the first Gulf War.
He said Mahmoud reflected a big drop in prices is clearly on the economy of producing countries, the Arab Gulf States recorded a deficit in the financial budgets for the current year in the previous first of its kind, Iraq recorded a deficit estimated at 35 billion dinars, recorded Arabia deficit of 78 billion riyals, Kuwait and borrowed $ 10 billion to meet the fiscal budget deficit.

Khandan – met Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Baghdad on Monday, with Italian Defence Minister Roberta Pinotti and her accompanying delegation.
Ebadi’s media office said in a statement that during the meeting “look to strengthen its military and security cooperation between the two countries and the international community’s support for Iraq in its war against terrorism and re-displaced people and the creation of logistics for the work of the Italian company in charge of the maintenance of the Mosul Dam.”

Published on: Today, 12:07 Informed sources revealed, Monday, the five conditions put the Kurds in exchange for the return of their ministers and their deputies to Baghdad.
The sources said in remarks to Arab media outlets seen by “Sky Press,” “The Kurds have put five conditions in exchange for the return of their deputies and their ministers to Baghdad, where he exceeded the requirements to pay salaries of the Peshmerga, staff or increase the financial stake, to give the Kurds the electoral entitlement as befits their component second in Iraq, as well as giving them a greater role in political decision-making.
