jtank says(): Alaq cannot do it

subgirl says to larrykn(): Trade Bank of Iraq: we will adopt a new mechanism to give loans
clay01 says to larrykn(): A lot of “If’s in that statement, none of which the IMF said was required
mfree05 says(): IMO only, Watching the political circus in Iraq is like watching a dog chasing it’s own tail. (I believe a long flight duration aviator named- Okie said that.) But it’s true.
I think all the needed laws for currency reform are complete. Therefore, like mr white says i am keeping my eye only on the economic ball, that is all that really matters at this point.
larrykn says(): I remember him saying it will come out at something like 98cents to 1,17 to get the dollar off the streets then go to a full blowing RV 3+ rate
Baxter1243 says(): larrykn… yep.. I remember that..
subgirl says to larrykn(): It announced the Trade Bank of Iraq, on Tuesday, that the bank did not take its decision on stop giving loans, but set conditions and mechanisms to give loans to traders in cooperation with the Business Council of Iraq and the Federation of Industries of the data and be clear in front of the bank.

subgirl says(): Change the way the province pay the financial dues to oil companiesHistory of edits::
subgirl says(): Ministry of Natural Resources announced in the Kurdistan Regional Government, on Monday, to change the method of payment of financial dues to oil companies operating in Kurdistan.
subgirl says(): The ministry said in a statement that the monthly payments offered by the Kurdistan Regional Government to global oil production major, will be based on contractual entitlements under production-sharing according to the contract that governs all license as of January 1, 2016, to replace the temporary payment arrangements in place since last September “.
subgirl says(): He explained that the company payments for 2016 will reflect the income from each oil field on the basis of net return, taking into account differences in the quality of the extracted crude oil compared to prices of Brent crude oil, in addition to the discount applicable transportation fees.”
jtank says(): larry–me too
subgirl says(): The statement added that in addition to benefits mentioned above, the Kurdistan Regional Government will pay a further boost, the equivalent of five percent of the monthly net revenue yield for each field, to compensate for the international oil companies that did not recover dues from the Kurdistan Regional Government “.anth
clay01 says to subgirl(): I was wondering when they were going to get around to changing this, oil companies were making out like bandits, saw this coming, lol
subgirl says to clay01(): this is from madscout! Deputy Kurdish Baghdad and Erbil announces an agreement to raise the customs tariff for the region ports

clay01 says to subgirl(): Thanks, yes saw it yesterday, I think, but good article, thanks, 🙂
subgirl says to clay01(): there is quite a bit being said about tarrifs… rcookie brot in an article about it and so did madscout!
subgirl says to clay01(): Rafidain Bank .. serious steps to encourage citizens to save and increase customer profit
clay01 says to subgirl(): bring it!!!!!
subgirl says to clay01(): As part of his quest to contribute to the mitigation of the effects and consequences of the severe economic crisis in the country, and in order to reassure tens of thousands of citizens to their deposits and money in it, the Rafidain Bank in the current administration efficient seeks to study the proposal to increase the proportion of depositors’ profits, in order to ensure access to liquidity on the one hand and compete with private banks, in addition to providing banking service to its customers it serves in hand, they get more profit.
subgirl says to clay01(): In this context, also Rafidain Bank has assured its customers on the conservation and protection of their money deposited with him, saying, Hasib senior source at the Rafidain Bank, the existence of a study of the proposal to increase the proportion of customers profit to enter the government banks to compete with other banks to stimulate the public to save the bank, rather than a freeze on assets they have without investment.
subgirl says to clay01(): Bankers confirms that the Rafidain Bank is one of the most important and prominent discreet financial institutions is not at the level of the country only, but the region has never seen since the date of its establishment in 1941,
any delay or fraud and breach of money deposited with him being a follower of the government and the money deposited in it serves as the religion of the government repaid to the customer when willing, in addition to the commitment regardless of annual profits.
subgirl says to clay01(): He noted the banking source said management of the bank assured customers their savings and urging them to deposit their money in the bank for the purpose of investment, confirming the presence of a study proposal to increase the proportion of annual customers profit to enter into competition with other banks and to encourage citizens to invest their money rather than frozen.
The experts, money and economy have pointed out that the country is suffering an economic crisis may affect the banking because of the government’s borrowing from them.
subgirl says to clay01(): Press office of the bank said that the management of the bank is seeking to submit a set of proposals and answers to some questions the participants also discussed the work obstacles experienced by some branches for the purpose of study and deliver them to the concerned authorities to develop appropriate solutions.
subgirl says to clay01(): The Rafidain Bank has announced the expansion of issuing smart card for employees and retirees outlets in its branches in Baghdad and Mahafezat.oukal press office said in a statement that the bank deliberately to increase the number of its stations,
subgirl says to clay01(): specifically in the province of Basra, which saw the expansion work to be four stations as a result of the momentum of winning in issuing smart card categories covered by explaining that the action goal to provide the necessary facilities for employees and retirees without any obstacles or problems and alleviate the suffering they face during the release process.
jtank says(): havent they already?
clay01 says to subgirl(): As it is now, it is like a snake eating its own tail, banks need the money the people are holding to pay out, but the people don’t want to lose hold of their money if they put it in the banks, which comes first
subgirl says to clay01(): I agree, the banks are not the most trusted nor should they be… there has to be something that they can do to ensure their trust!!
subgirl says to clay01(): I do think it would be good if they passed a depositor law!!
clay01 says to subgirl(): We had the same problem here in US until the Feds passed FDIC laws, insuring people could get their money when they needed it
subgirl says to clay01(): EXACTLY!! up to $250,000
clay01 says to subgirl(): It has increased over the years, but yes!
subgirl says to clay01(): yep 🙂 they would not start that high in Iraq but you get the idea!!
Dinar Investor says(): Parliament is inducing a law where salaries will be automatically deposited in the bank. Forcing citizens to trust the banks anyways. People will want their money in the bank if CBI is offering 18% interest rates. Plus will help with the RV by pulling in more money off the streets. AND finally the CBI would have enough money from customers to end the auctions and end corruption as everything will be electronic 🙂
clay01 says to Dinar Investor(): I would be cautious saying will end corruption, crooks will find new ways of stealing money, just more hi-tech crooks, lol
Baxter1243 says(): I am still waiting for Parliament to address the Amnesty law… which they have seem to have set aside for months now…. yet it was supposed to be done by the end of last year..
Dinar Investor says to clay01(): Yup like those atm skimmers
Baxter1243 says(): yes.. and they havent been
Baxter1243 says(): nor..the Natl Guard law..
subgirl says to Baxter1243(): well lets wait and see what happens here today and Thurs. 🙂
clay01 says to Baxter1243(): Why, and I am asking, is the Amnesty Law important for us, how does it affect an RV?
Dinar Investor says(): I’m thinking they are playing a politcal stalmate with the law to pass them in a basket I feel that alot of those important laws intermingle each other thus would need to be passed together. Just my opinion and food for thought.
Baxter1243 says(): Dinar Investor.. most likely…
subgirl says to Baxter1243(): Remember they meet lots of times behind closed doors and we do not even know it til it is over… 🙂
subgirl says to Baxter1243(): and some of the laws are in the budget… 🙂
rcookie says(): ONE OF THE LAWS BEING LOOKED AT IN PARLIAMENT TODAY IS THE DEFENSE UNIVERSITY MILITARY STUDIES LAW…
WHICH DEALS WITH PROGRAMS OFFERED AT ARMY WAR COLLEGE GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM…IN BAGHDAD…
WHICH HAS A SECTION CALLED “IRAQS CENTER FOR MILITARY VALUES AND PRINCIPLES”…
WHICH FOCUSES IRAQI MILITARY OFFICERS ON “HUMANITARIAN LAW”…
AND IMPLEMENT ITS CULTURE & PRACTICES TO THE FIELD OF IRAQI ARMED FORCES…
PROTECT & SAFEGUARD INDIVIDUALS OPERATING IN MILITARY ZONES & OPERATIONS…
STUDY OF THE 4 GENEVA CONVENTIONS…& 1ST AND 2ND PROTOCOLS…
Dinar Investor says(): I’m so excited like a kid in a candy store though! Also partially like a kid on a long car ride, “Are we there yet? I have to pee!!” (lol) Once the RV happens of course
subgirl says to Dinar Investor(): 😀
rcookie says(): Besides the principles of values, military principles, psychological warfare and how to boost fighters’ morale, they also learned methods of distinction and balance in noninternational conflicts and combat.”
Participants learned how to put forth plans to protect and handle noncombatants during conflict.
Baxter1243 says(): Im so excited… Im goin fishin… see ya… by the way Subby… 85 degrees pure sunshine today…
rcookie says(): “The center has prepared a training program with specific terms and standards for spreading the culture of international humanitarian law in accordance with international standards.
This will be put into effect upon completion of the officers’ training at the International Humanitarian Institute. It will then be presented to the authorities to obtain the proper approvals.
Once this is achieved, it will be included in the Military Training Memorandum for the next phase. The largest possible number of officers will then be trained on this law.
Thus, they will contribute to an important part of Iraq’s fulfillment of its international commitments to conduct training on this international humanitarian law.”
subgirl says to rcookie(): (y) very nice! Pretty intense I would say and I like that!!
rcookie says to clay01(): NOT THAT I HAVE READ…AS THEY HAVE BEEN ENGAGED WITH THIS PROGRAM SINCE 2014..
subgirl says to rcookie(): wow! that is a long time then…
clay01 says to rcookie(): International compliance then, great
rcookie says(): I KNOW I DONT WANNA BE A FISH IN BAXTERS NECK OF THE WOODS IF IRQI PARLIAMENT NOT ACTING….
subgirl says to clay01(): I agree and think you are correct!
rcookie says to clay01(): HANG ON…GOT SOMETHING BIG…
subgirl says to rcookie(): 😀
subgirl says to rcookie(): lol (lol)
clay says(): my convo w/Randy Koonce
clay says(): [2/1/2016 3:55:58 PM] clay: hey Randy hope with this RV is fading
[2/1/2016 3:56:11 PM] clay: any good news besides ink
[2/1/2016 5:49:46 PM] Randy Koonce: Why is it fading it is just getting to the end
clay01 says to rcookie(): Can’t say as I would like to find out,lol
tman23 says(): 6 weeks ago there was chatter of Finance Minister Zebari being replaced……That chatter was followed by the reply from the KRG, specifically Barzani…..
He said that by law Kurdistan is due 17%……that 17% includes, 17% Kurd members in positions of the GOI, 17% of the federal budget and 17% military positions……
Sunday we see that the HEADS of the KRG visited Baghdad……. Afterwards a press release that Zebari was taking off for 2 months, heading to London for an operation…..(at least it isn’t a stroke !! LOL!)……
The timing of this is very, very, suspicious……Zebari was said to be a replacement for Jaffari the current Foreign Minister in chatter, which was Zebari’s old minister position…….
There is something more to this than an operation in London…..
larrykn says(): I find it funny that we look for others to tell us what is going on when all we have to do is read the news in here, everything anyone knows are in these articles that are coming out, for me I don’t need someone to tell me we are close or this or that has to be done, its all here in black and white, or red and blue 😀
clay says to larrykn(): I startwed w/him and always respected him
tman23 says(): Member of the parliamentary Finance Committee recommended Haitham al-Jabouri, Tuesday, commissioned Minister technocrats to manage the Finance Ministry, arguing that the current Minister Hoshyar Zebari to leave in this sensitive time “big mistake”, the right to interrogate the latter.
Al-jubouri said in statement received that “the Minister of Finance on leave for two months at this sensitive time big mistake, due to the financial crisis requires the presence of all and the search for viable solutions and fast out of them”, the recommendation “Minister Ministry administration technocrats who enjoys teamwork and openness to the professionals”.
larrykn says(): clay I wasn’t talking about randy but it just hit me that everyone needs to ask what is going on , your post just made me think about it 🙂
clay says to tman23(): thanks
larrykn says(): gm buddy 🙂
clay01 says to clay(): I like to hear what some of the “boots on the ground” are saying, it sometimes either confirms or negates what the articles are saying, gives perspective, IMO
clay says to clay01(): same here buddy 🙂
