Dr Clarke nice to see your post and that you have decided to stick around even after the RV? I am curious to know for the entire yeat you have always made your statements with such confiction that there were 3 windows of time, and the last week of Sept was a sure thing, you are now referencing the meeting with the UN if things dont go to plan could cause the RV to be delayed and a new time frame of Summer 2017 is now been given, can you give more details to why the outcome of this meeting could cause a delay? If the meeting causes a delay would that also cause Vietnam from significantly increasing invalue until 2017? Any more insight would be truly valued and appreciated. I hope you will do a follow up to our questions. God speed

Your last post you talked about and were positive the RV would happen the last week in September with the pay-out first week in Oct. I sense you are backing tracking in this recent post and your mention of looking at Summer of 2017. What gives?

Ronald & Rocky2: We’ve never said it would occur in 2017. THEY DID….Friends, we encourage you to read our words very slowly & carefully with Detail…….and to understand this Mid 2017 reference, you have to read our post from last week 9-10-16, AND this one…..sure, it could go into October, November, December and even 2017……maybe 2018, 2019. But, we JUST DON’T THINK SO, AT ALL…..we’ve been saying the last week of SEPTEMBER – 1ST week of OCTOBER exchange, since January of this year, FOR A REASON.

There has been quite a bit of news pertaining to Iraq reducing their note count and to expedite this they will introduce the 100k note and remove the smaller ones. Now with the dong there is a significant amount of dong on the street, and I have not seen anything about any reduction of their note count. Wouldn’t the two countries need to reduce note count before rv? Have you seen any information on reduction of note count with the dong? I know its harder to get, however, Iraq states they are reducing and Vietnam….? Thanks so much for your help.

It’s SIMPLE. Everyone wants the same thing:
FIRST, Iraq to make their Dinar currency, Officially, Publicly International in status, so that it can be traded, used & exchanged around the world, at your local bank.
SECOND, for Iraq to increase the value, higher than the program rate range of 1166-1300, where it’s been for years. For Vietnam Dong, it’s even simpler, because they already have an Internationally traded currency, that can ALREADY be traded & exchanged at just about any bank, around the world….THEY just have to increase their rate, from the range of 22,200-22,500, where it’s also been for years.
At least with the Dong, you have the protection when purchasing it through a certified institution like a bank, of the authenticity of the currency, not being counterfeit. Buying ANY Iraq Dinar, is a very risky proposition, because it’s NOT internationally traded outside Iraq through certified institutions like banks…….so there’s no way of knowing what’s counterfeit or not……and there’s tons of it out there, that is fake….which will unfortunately come known, on exchange day. Most people, in our opinion, do have certifiable currency, especially if they bought it from Sterling – which most people have, over the years.
We hope this explains things a little clearer, at this point…….we think there will be much more clarity soon, in the popular & familiar words of Iraq: “In the Coming Days”…..
