Iraq’s Oil Pipelines Company has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Dubai-based Progwin Ltd as part of the Ministry of Oil’s efforts to enhance technical and engineering capabilities and strengthen cooperation with reputable international firms.
Director General Ali Abdul-Karim Al-Moussawi said the agreement aims to expand technical and investment cooperation between the two parties in implementing strategic projects, supplying equipment, and providing technical and engineering services for the company and other entities within the oil sector.
He added that the partnership enables the execution of projects using globally recognised contracting methods, ensuring high flexibility and optimal technical and economic outcomes.
