XRP has entered a technical phase that could become increasingly important over the coming months.

Crypto analyst EGRAG CRYPTO (@egragcrypto) has highlighted a bullish engulfing structure developing on XRP’s 2-month chart. The pattern sits near an area that has carried major significance during previous market cycles.

The latest candle still has time before closing, so the signal remains in development. However, EGRAG CRYPTO’s historical comparison gives the current setup a clear area of focus. The $0.98 level remains critical, while the 7-week MA could shape XRP’s next stage before a larger move develops.

The 2-Month Signal

EGRAG CRYPTO’s chart compares the current XRP structure with previous periods when bullish engulfing candles appeared near major lows. His analysis suggests that these formations often occur when XRP approaches the end of a significant decline.

His analysis suggests that XRP has already marked its bottom. This focuses on the $0.98 area, which he considers an important reference for the current cycle.
The chart also highlighted resistance at $2 and $2.20. XRP recently rose by over 50% in 3 days, bringing it closer to the resistance. Current candles sit below the outlined resistance area, while the moving averages continue to track the price action.

$0.98 Remains Critical

$0.98 is critical to EGRAG CRYPTO’s analysis. Historical examples on the chart show bullish engulfing structures forming around major lows, followed by extended price movements.

The analyst explained that this structure often means “the specific extreme low often does not get taken again.” This puts greater attention on whether XRP can maintain the current structure while the 2-month candle develops.
