Iraq signed a memorandum of understanding with Siemens {} German; to promote and develop Alkahrbaibh the energy sector in the country.
A statement from the Office of the Abadi agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, “Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy with a representative of the German Siemens company; to develop and strengthen the electric power sector in Iraq.”
The statement added that ” the company ‘s delegation held a meeting with Prime Minister al – Abadi, have been discussing ways to strengthen the energy sector, and the importance of work in order to reach what he wants Iraq to the development ofenergy, especially the provision of electricity to all citizens through a comprehensive plan in partnership with Siemens global company.”
Said Abadi , according to the statement,” the country mainly dependent on oil, and the aim of these agreements to strengthen the energy sector in all fields, and thesearch for other sources. ”
He praised Abadi , the possibility of Iraq at the current stage to take advantage of the multiple of the country ‘s energies, such as gas, which entered into force by exporting the first shipment of liquid gas, which counted the important steps that had been planned; most of the energy to take advantage.
