He is insignificant now…IMO.
Only articles I’m looking at right now are from the IMF, UN, BIS and WB…
IMF stated “Iraq WILL enter the Global Markets in the 1st half of 2016″…
Not maybe…WILL IMF doesn’t lie!
Not just that, there are many countries involved besides the Paris club and the G20.
More to this story than just Iraq IMO.
