We are walking out of an RI into an RV of the Monetary Reform of the IQD.

You see the RI is at 1166 a program rate being held and controlled by the IMF…
But the RV is their sovereignty…it is their prerogative…it is their privilege, their right to do that…to raise the value of their currency.
