FRANK: You see the program rate it’s a fixed rate. FIREFLY: …because it causes problems. And the answer is to float…says Iraq need to go and start by going to 1300… FRANK: This is an economic guy…the solution he’s offering it’s true but the rate that he’s offering…1300…if you’ve got that time to waste knock yourself out Mr. Economist but Iraq doesn’t. They’ve already run out of time.
