Kurdistan is ecstatic. Kurdistan is happy. They passed the amendments, the parts…of the budget…You now have oil flowing from Kurdistan to Baghdad and the price they accepted tells me there’s a new exchange rate. How can all that be at 1310? Eventually the budget will reveal the new exchange rate.
