I believe it’s implemented. I believe they’re using the new exchange rate. I can’t prove it to you…but based on what I read…At 1310, 2 + 2 = is not 7. 2 + 2 is 4. These articles, this is logical. This is the truth. They’re telling you what they’re doing, what they’re going to do. They’re telling you how they’re protecting the new exchange rate from parliament.
