They took down the picture of the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq from the CBI today. I have not vetted it yet but it’s coming from a source that I trust and respect. So with that in mind, I give it to you the CBI is getting ready to make an announcement that they have a new governor. What do you think this new governor is getting ready to make an announcement about? IMO the same damn thing the IMF just told the whole world. Iraq is of international standards and is article VIII.
