I am encouraged about what the Central Bank and the GOI is doing to let everybody know that they are article VIII…that they are of international standards…it’s a massive campaign…and now the commercials and the billboards are all over the place…The Central Bank of Iraq, The Trade Bank and the Government of Iraq are telling the people get in there [banks] and they’re using the tactic of loans to open accounts. That will become extremely important in the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar.
