[Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY:   The news keeps talking about fils and about the new lower notes and why it’s going to help the citizens.  They keep explaining the meaning and how it’s going to give us purchasing power and how we will be able to make change…they also keep talking about, ‘Hold onto your dinars’… FRANK:  The monetary reform education continues to march forward…I strongly believe March is where they will tell you all about the new currency and the new exchange rate and the coins [Post 1 of 2….stay tuned]
