There is no such thing as an ‘800#’ except an 800 number for the United States Treasury. They can tell you what banks they’re going to be exchanging at… ‘Hey come with me because I got an 800#. It’s the only number where you can exchange.’ That’s a lie. That’s a flat out lie. You want an 800# give me your credit card, turn it around. See that 800#? That’s the 800# for your bank.
