Official…no…it is a goal…and you know the IMF gave them a list of many things they need to accomplish by the end of this month…that is one of them…
Will they stop those auctions…IMO…no…not until they raise the value of their currency…
Those auctions are the only oxygen that Iraq is getting…and now that they have fixed the auctions that oxygen is at 100%.
