I said is there any other way we can validate it? She goes, yes..I can just punch in the serial number and the CBI, Central Bank of Iraq will be able to tell me if it’s real or not. Then we ran the VND. She switched it on the screen. All the VND went through with no problem. It spit out the amount and how many bills on the screen. I said, can you tell me the rate? She goes, I can tell you the rate of the VND right now but I can’t tell you the IQD rate because I can’t see it yet…I said just out of giggles lets take the whole entire stack of IQD and run it through at one time, the lower notes and the big notes…The same thing happened. The same three bills were spit out…I put everything back in my bank bag…She goes, Mr. D I understand why you’ve been nagging us and why our bank manager is taking real good care of you.
