What are they going to do at the banks of Iraq [when they exchange old notes for new notes]? [They’re going to ask] Where did you get this? Prove it to me. And if they can’t answer, they’re going to take those dinars from them…American banks are doing the same thing… American banks are going to ask you, ‘show me your receipt.’ And they’re going to say, ‘Where did you get this?’ And there’s going to be an authority at the banks waiting for you.
