It may be more around $1.15 to $1.20 against the dollar when it first comes out. As the international basket floats, [The Untied States] will be by [Iraq’s] side, not pegged to [the dinar] but instead paired with it so that [it] has the same value internationally. People will want [the dinar] as badly as they want the American dollar. Then the final conversation …would be how high do they cap this float.
