I was going to exchange 10% and hold on to 90% [At the start of the RV/RI]. No! I’m going to exchange 90% and hold on to 10% as an investment for the float. I’m going to take everything I’ve got, get rid of all of it right now [after the rate change] and invest it properly because by the time they raise it up a little bit more my investing will catch up with what they’re [the banks] going to offer me.
