Frank26: These are the four things I’m looking for between now and January 1st…It’s my hope they occur at the same time because we want that 4-head-on-collision. 1. The lifting of the 3-zeros. 2. The redenomination and introduction of the lower notes. 3. The budget being finalized by parliament. 4. Open the budget and start with the HCL. If we can get these 4 things to happen all at once then both sides win…I believe they’re using October, November, December to get this done for January the 1st.
