Nobody’s going to come out at 1310 with the lower notes. And if they do, you know damn well what’s going to follow right after that. If the HCL comes out at 1310 within nanoseconds later, boom, you’re going to see the new exchange rate. Because what good does it do to have the HCL without a proper rate for it?
