The goal is to make the American dollar unusable inside of Iraq. They want to remove any foreign currency. They will de-peg from the American dollar to get rid of the parallel market. That’s what you’re witnessing…a reinstatement of their currency and of their rate. All of this is occurring inside of Iraq…For now, 1500 is stabilizing this process and the market place…After they do this internal de-pegging, then the next step is to re-peg into an international basket of currencies and throw themselves on Forex.
