What I find crazy is if [Iraq] goes international at 1310, which you have never done before, there is no profit. That’s not what the global community wants to do with you.
They’re not going to come into your country. They didn’t sign contracts at 1310. They demand a profit. Iraq needs to grow up and realize if they want to play with the big boys it has to be with big money…You remain poor at 1310. : Frank26
