I don’t care if it’s a month or 2 months or even 3 months away. It’s already here IMO and that’s why it’s being explained and laid out to you [Iraqi citizens]. If it was not here, you wouldn’t hear a single word about this on your media…Instead they would continue to keep you in the dark and they would never answer your questions. You have the answers to every question that you sent to the CBI. They’ve answered all of them concerning your monetary reform. Right now it does exist. It is alive now. But I will admit it is a process and we are about to see it unfold.
