Why in the world did they come out with a 10 dinar note [Now a 50 dinar note too], a 10 dinar lower note sample, a lower note dinar specimen? When we told you a long time ago that they would have these specimens, well there you go…We told you they would teach the Iraqi citizens when it got down to the nitty-gritty, that they were going to show Iraqi citizens their specimens…samples…’We’re about to do something and before we do we have to do this.’ This is a process.
