Here comes the tricky part where everybody get’s messed up. Ok at this point they change the rate to 1 to 1. Remember what they said they’re going to do once they change the rate to 1 to 1? Float…Where is it going to float? Internationally…when it does, 1 to 1 will grow…they’ll find a place where they cap it. Back in 2003 it was $3.22. That was over 20 years ago.
