It’s an RI, a reinstatement of $3.22. After the 10th you’re going to start to see the parallel markets – the black market and official market are going to slowly come together. It will be 1 to 1…Then it goes into a float. When it hits $3.22 there’s your RI. What happens when it goes past $3.22? Then it becomes an RV… :Frank26
