I believe when [Zaidi and his entourage] come back [from the US], maybe they’ll be done with the weapons and the 30th of September will be spot on. They’ll be sovereign. That means they have a sovereign nation, a sovereign currency and a sovereign rate for their currency. Then sometime between the 1st to about the 5th of October, the formation of the government…I’m hoping things are going to work out this way. Frank26
