The street rate and the official exchange rate they are starting to get closer in order to eliminate 1300. It’s good to see they are actually talking about this on [Iraqi] television because it’s in the public’s mind….The changing of the rate is alive and the citizens can see this. That’s what they’re talking about, that there’s a rate change coming. :Frank26
