Lieutenant General Pilot Muhannad Ghalib Al-Asadi, the Air Defense Commander, stated today, Monday (October 6, 2025), that the new missile system will equip the command with high-level capabilities to execute a wide range of duties. He emphasized that the system is sophisticated, capable of engaging various aerial targets, including modern aircraft, and is specifically designed to operate effectively under advanced electronic warfare conditions.
