  • Al-Mansour Bank (BMNS) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 31.46% bonus issue to IQD585.0 bn.
  • The AGM of Electronic Industries (IELI) has been postponed to Apr. 7 due to the travel of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and other members of the board.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • Original shares of Al-Ameen Insurance (NAME) resumed trading on Mar. 29 after holding its AGM on Mar. 18 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, the increase of paid-in capital from IQD6.25 bn to IQD7.0 bn through a 12.0% bonus issue, and the opening of branches in different provinces.

Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:

  • ISX suspended trading of Electronic Industries (IELI) starting Mar. 26 due to the AGM that will be held on Mar. 31 to discuss and approve the 2020 annual financial statements.
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank (BQUR) starting Mar. 31 due to the AGM that will be held on Apr. 4 to discuss and approve the banking sector reform project, the cancellation of the merger with Erbil Bank (BERI) or any other bank, and the shift from the second track (merger) to the first track (continuity), and the sale of the bank’s shareholders’ shares to the International Smart Card Company (Qi Card).
  • ISX suspended trading of Baghdad for Packing Materials (IBPM) starting Mar. 31 due to the AGM that will be held on Apr. 5 to discuss and approve the 2024 financial statements.
