  • A cross transaction occurred on 26.5 bn shares of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) on Apr. 6, valued at IQD2.915 bn and corresponding to 10.0% of BERI’s capital.
  • National Company for Tourism Investment (HNTI) invited its shareholders who did not receive their cash dividends for 2023 and the previous fiscal years to go to the company’s HQ in order to receive them.
  • Investment Bank of Iraq (BIBI) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 2.08% rights issue and a 2.08% bonus issue to IQD300.0 bn.
  • The ISC has approved the request of Economy Bank (BEFI) to have a four-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 14.987% rights issue to IQD300.0 bn starting from Mar. 26, 2026.
  • According to the ISC decision on Apr. 6, 2026, the ISX transferred and resumed trading of AL-Wiaam for Financial Investment (VWIF) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Non-Regular Market (NRM) starting Apr. 7, 2026. The company had been suspended from trading since Jul. 27, 2025, and its share price increased by 48.9% on Apr. 7.
  • According to the ISC decision on Apr. 9, 2026, the ISX will transfer Sumer Commercial Bank (BSUC) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Regular Market (RM) starting Apr. 12, 2026.
  • The ISC approved the request of AL- Kindi of Veterinary Vaccines Drugs (IKLV),       Iraqi Agricultural Products Marketing Meat (AIPM), Iraqi Engineering Works (IIEW), National Chemical & Plastic Industries (INCP), and Metallic & Bicycles Industries (IMIB) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements. ISC didn’t approve the request for Iraqi for Seed Production (AISP) for an additional extension period of 1 year.
  • ISX suspended trading of the first issuance of Enjaz bonds (the category of 500,000 dinars) starting from Apr. 5, 2026, due to the bond maturity date on Apr. 15, 2026.
  • ISX suspended trading of the third issuance of Enjaz bonds (the categories of 500,000 & 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Apr. 9, 2026, due to distributing semi-annual coupon. The bonds will resume trading on Apr. 15, 2026.
  • ISX will suspend trading of the first issuance of Enjaz bonds (the category of 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Apr. 12, 2026, due to distributing semi-annual coupon. The bonds will resume trading on Apr. 16, 2026.

  • Original shares of Al Masherq Al-Arabi Islamic Bank (BAMS) resumed trading on Apr. 6 after holding its AGM on Mar. 29, in which they discussed and approved increasing the paid-in capital from IQD293.5 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 2.21% rights issue (56/Fourth).
  • Original shares of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) resumed trading on Apr. 6 after holding its AGM on Mar. 25, in which they discussed and approved 2024 financial statements, decided to distribute IQD0.613 cash dividend per share corresponding to a 1.2% dividend yield, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD2.923 bn to IQD3.0 bn through a 2.6% bonus issue, and electing five original and four alternative board members.
  • International Development Bank (BIDB) resumed trading on Apr. 7 after holding its AGM on Mar. 11, in which they discussed and approved electing two original and two alternative board members.
  • New shares of Kharkh Tour Amusement City (SKTA) from the capital increase to IQD1.6 bn through 6.67% rights issue according to the Companies Law No. 21 of 1997/Article 55/Fourth, resumed trading on Apr. 7.

  • ISX will suspend trading of National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) starting Apr. 21 due to the AGM that will be held on Apr. 26 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD520.0 bn to IQD650.0 bn through a 25.0% bonus issue.
