Security forces raise Iraqi flag over Nazim al-Maftoul west of Saqlawiya
On Wednesday, official journalists with the Ministry of Defense announced raising the Iraqi flag over Nazim al-Maftoul area west of Saqlawiya.
The journalists said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi army troops and al-Hashd al-Shaabi forces raised the Iraqi flag over Nazim al-Maftoul area west of Saqlawiya.”
Earlier today, Baghdad Operations Command announced raising the Iraqi flag over Saqlawiya Bridge north of Fallujah.
