The IMF feels that Iraq needs to make adjustments in their Budget Law.
Amending the Budget Law Sunday, ASAP, in order to comply to all the IMF’s requirements before next week’s review is imperative.
Yet, the GOI has not even met, yet gotten their act together to vote on anything in a long time.
Unfortunately, the CBI and Monetary Reform is dependent on the GOI for this very important step.
