If the average person gets uber high rates, they will either:
1.) Spend wisely & fill the century with philanthropic contribution
2.) Spend foolishly & all the $$ fans out in diffused fashion across the market, stimulating other families within the world economy
Corrupt spending will not fly with the new transparent system, so this option of spending is negated.
The funds being released are for the purpose of getting the world back up out of the hole, and into thriving. Basic needs met everywhere, messes cleaned up environmentally, global economy robustly thumping, innovation abounding, previously shelved tech applied, expansion into space, expansion into latent birthright power of human capabilities.

Where in any of the above mentioned info can you find one reason not to release larger funds to the person on the street?
Who’s the person who sees the precise need to be addressed – the man in the trenches of the issue, or someone insulated & unempathetic to the need?
The man in the street, with money, will hold the vision – with commitment & integrity – while hiring niche experts to execute a quality result.
He will not be compromised along the way – cause he’s been there, and wants, above all other possible distractions, to see the result realized for those still out there treading water.
