They’re not showing you the cabinet until they’re absolutely ready…They make is so difficult to know when they’re going to do it. They don’t want you to know when it’s going to get done because the cabinet is the last final step that ushers in the rate change…The cabinet is being saved for the last and final step. : Jeff
