Question “Are all banks expected to get the authentication machine De la rue?”

Jeff: Banks do not need to have specifically a De La Rue…De La Rue is a generic foreign currency counter.  It’s not specific to the Iraqi dinar...I do IT work for a living…I have a sharp computer IT background…I saw on a certain model of a De La Rue it had anywhere from 170 to 180…different types of foreign currencies and their security features…You don’t go to the bank and ask them do you have a “De  La Rue”...All you do is go to the bank and say, “Do you have a money machine that can count, sort and authenticate foreign  currency?”  That’s all you need to ask.
