Most of us believe this is a reinstatement...What did it devalue from back in 2003? …$3.22. If we take the sanctions off, it should reinstate to at least $3.22…Historically Iraq’s currency has always been slightly above Kuwait. Today Kuwait is around $3.24 to $3.26...Fair to say when Iraq jumps back in the arena they’re also going to come in slightly above Kuwait… : Jeff
