Jeff: You have to ask them. Chase is notorious for sending your currency offsite – at least for the West Coast where I live. Because they won’t count and verify your dinar in front of your face, Chase is not my choice of bank.
I’ve positioned a lot of people to use 5th-3rd Bank. I’m on the West Coast, but I know a lot of people…prefer to use 5th-3rd on the East Coast because 5th-3rd is going to do everything in their presence and take good care of them…
