They can’t go international at 1500. There’s no way in hell they can implement the budget. They can’t do anything on an international level or approve this program budget at 1500…The devaluation helps generate more dinars from oil revenues, but it does not fully fund or eliminate the large deficit in Iraq’s 2027 budget…My gut tells me there’s some additional twists and turn in this…surprises… Jeff
