There’s a scripted rate change date. Iraq has to time all their actions around that date. Because they have to time their actions around the rate change date…the budget is going to be just like the cabinet. When they were ready to do the cabinet after 5 months…they just snapped their fingers, the cabinet was, poof, done. The budget is going to be the same way. When they’re ready to push the budget through, they magically will have an agreement and get the budget moving towards parliament and getting approved. The budget is going to be done at the blink of an eye, with the snap of the fingers. :Jeff
