The council of ministers has to know the currency value. That’s what the budget is calculated on. That’s why parliament most likely won’t receive this. Parliament has over 200 officials. IMO they will not let parliament see the budget to know the new currency value until the rate has changed…The cabinet is different. They have to create the laws. They have to calculate what is the budget’s figures based on the currency value… :Jeff
