Some people don’t learn. I’m not trying to be rude…People are coming out saying, ‘Hey, is this going to be done by the 15th because Iraq told us they’d have the budget to parliament by the 15th?’ They lied to you consecutively about dates through the cabinet…One thing I’ve trained you guys on, do not trust one article. Just because Iraq told you they’re going to have the budget to parliament on or by the 15th – Do you think they’re going to tell you the rate change date? Hell no they’re not…Do not trust dates from one article. I can’t stress that enough to you… It does look as though the rate is changing in the month of November…We’re looking good. :Jeff
