There’s a scheduled rate change date. They are revising the budget right now, redrafting it, modifying it so it reflects the correct currency value. They’re doing it right now in front of everyone’s face. They’re masking it, concealing it, saying they’re doing it to make it constitutionally for Kurdistan.
