They said the new government would take Iraq to the next stage. That means the completed government with completed cabinet would take Iraq into the International world…They’re saving the cabinet for the very end because it’s the lynch pin. When the cabinet is done that completes the government, they’re going to change the rate shortly after that. :Jeff
