Changing the rate and running the country is no different than a business. You have to know how much money you have. What they’re doing right now before they finish their cabinet and change the rate is they’re completing the steps of the money. They need to know how much money and capital they have and have it allocated before they can complete the cabinet and change the rate… :Jeff
