Rate change… The rate has to change first, which is implementing currency reforms…which is code name for rate change, before removing zeros… Quote “Strengthening the value of the dinar and achieving broader financial stability (having your currency tradable, having it recognized internationally) must precede any decision to redenominate.” Read that carefully...Damn good article. :Jeff
